In September of 2002, while entering his junior year of college, he was brought on staff part-time as SFCC’s first Youth/Children’s Minister. Upon graduating from Oakland City University in May 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies, he was brought on full-time, primarily as the Youth Minister with the additional role of worship leader. Later that year in September, Bryan’s role changed from Youth Minister to Associate Minister. Then, in February 2006, he again transitioned to become the Senior Minister. Andrew was born and raised in Southwest Florida, in the city of Fort Myers. Andrew graduated from Southeastern University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Church Ministries. He volunteered to teach and lead worship in youth ministry while working full-time in steel door manufacturing. Andrew married his wife Courtney in October 2022 and together they served in children's ministry. It was not until 2024 when he decided it was time to pursuit the call that God placed on his life and work in ministry full-time.
