Facility Usage

If you are interested in renting one or both of the SFCC facilities for a wedding, shower, reception, or other event, and the date(s) are free on the calendar above, you may view a PDF version of the SFCC Facility Rental Agreement & Request Form below, or you may read and fill out the online version of the form. You may also request a printed copy by contacting the church office. Your event will be added to the above calendar upon receipt of your completed form, along with your deposit and rental fee. You may drop these off at the Church Office located in the FCLL, or mail to SFCC, P.O. Box 73, Sandborn, IN 47578. If no one is in the office, you may place your completed form in the brown deck box outside of the office entrance.
