Four months ago, we explored the idea of the cumulative effect – where something is created by gradual additions over time. The Bible talks about this as reaping what you sow. This can work for us when we plant good seeds or work against us when we plant bad seeds. The focus of that series was on the sowing.

Over the next 9 weeks, we’re going to return to this idea of the cumulative effect to check in on the fields and put our focus this time on what the harvest will look like when we plant good seeds. Looking at Galatians chapter 5, we will spend some time discussing each of the different fruits that grow when we give the Holy Spirit permission to work in our hearts.
